Fire Rated Steel Bunded Drum Storage Unit - Dual Purpose 8 IBC or 32 Drum Store

Backed by a 20-year structural guarantee (details available on request), this fire-rated drum store features a robust rolled hollow welded frame for exceptional strength. The walls, roof, and four hinged doors are insulated with Rockwool Firebatt and clad in sheet steel to provide a 1-hour fire rating. A fully seam-welded sump with galvanised support channels and profiled rib strengtheners creates a bunded area for spill containment, while base plinths prevent ground contact and minimise corrosion risks. High and low-level vents with intumescent elements allow airflow and automatically seal at temperatures above 150°C during a fire. This unit can store up to 32 x 205ltr drums (8 pallet locations) or 8 x 1000ltr IBCs on two levels. The sump fully complies with UK regulations, and all components have been tested by Bodycote Warrington Fire Consulting, meeting BS EN 1634-1: 2000 standards (certificate number 160129).
