The structural integrity is reinforced with: Internal Cross & Full-Length Stiffeners: Prevent "bowing" and ensure long-term shape retention under full load.
Heavy-Duty Base Bearers: Four 80mm x 80mm RSHS bearers distribute weight evenly, simplifying installation on concrete pads.
Two coat zinc phosphate prime and Two coat air drying machinery enamel top coat. Bituminous coating to underside of tank. Provides superior corrosion resistance, available in standard Grey RAL 7035 + Anthracite Grey Door RAL 7016, Blue RAL5002, Dark Green RAL6005 or Black RAL 9005 (custom RAL colours available upon request).
