The 24 Drum / 6 IBC Dual Purpose Unit is a high-capacity, heavy-duty storage solution designed for the safe and compliant management of large-scale chemical and oil inventories. Engineered to accommodate either 24 standard 205-litre drums, 6 x 1000-litre IBCs, or a mixed configuration, this unit provides maximum flexibility for industrial sites.
Constructed from 2mm profiled mild steel and fully seam-welded, this unit is built to withstand the rigours of outdoor environments while ensuring total environmental protection.
Robust Construction & Security
The framework is manufactured from 100 x 50 x 3mm RHS, ensuring the structural integrity required to support heavy industrial loads. The unit features sliding doors providing easy forklift access to both storage levels.
Environmental Compliance
To ensure your site remains compliant with the Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) Regulations and EA Guidance (PPG26), the unit features welded, leak-proof base designed to contain 25% of the total stored volume, preventing any accidental spills from reaching the ground or watercourses.
Ventilation & Safety
Safety is paramount when storing hazardous substances. This unit is equipped with high and low-level louvred vents to prevent the dangerous accumulation of fumes. The base is fitted with removable galvanised grid flooring (optional) or heavy-duty support beams to ensure drums and IBCs remain stable and clear of any collected liquids.
