The LithiumVault One-Door Charging Cabinet is a premium solution for the safe storage and charging of lithium-ion batteries in demanding industrial environments. Constructed from heavy-duty steel and certified for 90 minutes of fire resistance, this cabinet provides reliable protection and performance where battery safety and electrical capacity are critical.
Powered by a three-phase electrical system, the LithiumVault delivers higher output than single-phase models, making it ideal for facilities with high charging demands. It includes a 4-pole plug socket and a 2-meter power cable (5G6mm² section), supporting up to 11,960 watts at 400 volts and 32 amps for maximum efficiency.
Inside, the cabinet features 24 charging points arranged across four ventilated shelves (six sockets per shelf). Each socket includes a circuit breaker and illuminated safety switch for full control and monitoring during charging.
Safety comes first with anti-spark hinges, built-in ventilation, a self-closing door, and an internal spill tray for added environmental protection. The lockable single-point door ensures secure access, supplied with two keys for controlled use.
For maximum fire safety, the LithiumVault One-Door Cabinet integrates a FirePro® fire detection and automatic suppression system, activated by a Thermo Activator bulb. The onboard control panel allows both manual and automatic fire suppression, while A2-s1-d0 non-combustible rock wool insulation panels provide 90 minutes of certified fire resistance (EN 13501-1 and EN 1363-1 standards).
This ensures reliable containment in case of thermal incidents, giving emergency services valuable response time while keeping personnel and property safe.
Weighing 210kg (excluding accessories), the cabinet features a sleek black door with a grey frame and interior finish, combining durability with a professional industrial design.
